The data we collect
Through the order form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number (depending on your chosen contact method), selected plan, preferred payment method and any notes you leave in the form.
When you contact us on WhatsApp or social media, we can see the messages you send us. The order tracking page displays your order status through its unique link.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to process your order (sending payment instructions, activating your connection and sending login details) and to provide support. We do not sell your data or use it for any other purposes.
Audience measurement and advertising
The website uses Meta’s Meta Pixel tag to measure the effectiveness of its advertising campaigns. You can reject advertising cookies in your browser settings or in the advertising settings of your Meta account.
Retention and security
Your information is kept for as long as needed to process your order, activate your connection and provide support. The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. No bank card numbers are stored on the website: payment is made externally, following the instructions sent by the concierge.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information at any time by emailing support@prime-streamtv.com or through the WhatsApp concierge. Your request will be processed as soon as possible.
In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
