Setup guide

Set up IPTV Smarters Pro with your IPTV service

IPTV Smarters Pro is a player app for an IPTV service. Choose a version compatible with your device: Android TV, Google TV, Amazon Fire Stick, iPhone or iPad, depending on the versions offered by the developer. This guide shows you step by step how to install it and connect it to your Stream TV service.

Step 1 — Install IPTV Smarters Pro on your device

On most devices (Amazon Fire Stick, Android TV, Google TV and Android boxes), the simplest method is to use Downloader : install it from your device’s app store, open it and enter code 6351226 and confirm — the IPTV Smarters Pro download page appears. Start the installation, then open the app. If Downloader displays ‘invalid code’, check that you have entered the full code without spaces, and allow Downloader to install apps (Settings, then Developer options or Apps from unknown sources, depending on your device).

If your device does not offer Downloader: on iPhone and iPad, check the iOS version of IPTV Smarters Pro in the App Store.

On Samsung (Tizen) or LG (webOS), check your model, the app store country and the versions supported by the developer. If no compatible version is offered, see the iBoproPlayer guide or the device guide to choose the right option for your screen.

Before you begin: the player and access to content

The app does not provide channels or a playlist. Have your TV service details ready and only use content you have the right to access. Downloading the player and activating an IPTV service are separate steps.

Keep your password and M3U URL private: a playlist URL may contain login details. Do not share them in a review, forum post or screenshot.

Step 2 — Open the app for the first time

On first launch, the app asks you to accept its terms of use, then prompts you to name a profile. You can keep the default name or choose one that helps identify the device (for example, ‘Living room’ or ‘Bedroom’).

The login screen offers several methods: signing in with a username, password and portal (Xtream Codes), or loading a playlist via a URL. The first method is the simplest for your IPTV service.

Step 3 — Connect your IPTV service

After your 24-hour trial or order, an adviser sends your three login details. On the Xtream Codes login screen, enter:

  • Any name — any name to identify the service (for example, ‘Stream TV’);
  • Username — your IPTV username;
  • Password — your IPTV password;
  • Portal / Server URL — the portal address supplied with your service.

The app connects to the server and downloads channels, films, series and the programme guide, depending on the data available with your service. Pay attention to upper- and lower-case letters and copy the full server address, including its protocol (http or https) and port if provided. Do not use the ordering website’s address instead of the supplied portal. If you are unsure, contact support.

If you received an M3U playlist

Choose the playlist file or URL loading option, depending on your version. Name the playlist, then paste the full M3U URL or select the supplied file. Do not enter an M3U URL in the Server URL field for Xtream Codes login. If the programme guide remains empty, ask whether your playlist needs a separate EPG URL.

Step 4 — Adjust the app for everyday use

Once connected, a few adjustments make viewing more enjoyable from your very first evening:

  • Favourites — add the channels you watch regularly to find them in one click without browsing every category.
  • Electronic programme guide (EPG) — enable it to see what is on now and coming up.
  • Built-in player — if an external player does not work well on your device, choose the built-in player in settings.
  • Updating the playlist — the app refreshes content automatically; if something new does not appear, restart the app.

Common problems and solutions

Login fails — first check your login details character by character, any spaces added when copying and pasting, and the full server address. Then ask support to check that your service is active and you are using the correct login method; the error message alone cannot identify the cause.

The playlist does not load — check that your device is connected to the internet, then restart the app. If the problem persists, your adviser will check your service remotely.

Channels appear but the EPG is empty — refresh the guide using the settings available in your version. Check your device’s time and time zone. With an M3U playlist, ask your provider which EPG URL to use; programmes only appear if this data is supplied and matched to the channels.

Playback cuts out or stutters — switch to the built-in player in settings and close other apps on your device. If your connection is unstable, use Wi-Fi rather than a shared connection, or ask your adviser for help optimising your setup.

No IPTV service yet? Try it first

The simplest way to start is with a free 24-hour trial: an adviser sends your login details, you enter them in IPTV Smarters Pro, and you assess stability and quality on your own connection before committing.

IPTV Smarters Pro frequently asked questions

Does IPTV Smarters Pro work on my Smart TV?

Check your model’s compatibility and the availability of a Smarters version in your app store or on the developer’s official website: names and availability may vary by operating system and country. If you cannot find a compatible version, see our Smart IPTV and iBoproPlayer guides.

Is IPTV Smarters Pro free?

Download terms and paid features depend on the version and platform. Check the price shown by the developer or your app store before installing. The player and the subscription providing access to content are separate services.

What do I need to set up IPTV Smarters Pro?

Your IPTV login details: username, password and portal address, which your adviser sends after your order or 24-hour trial. Enter them once in the app and everything loads automatically.

Does IPTV Smarters Pro provide channels or a playlist?

No. IPTV Smarters is a player: you need to add your own content or the details provided by your TV service. Installing the app does not create an IPTV service or automatically give you access to channels. Only use content you have the right to access.

What is the difference between Xtream Codes and an M3U playlist?

Xtream Codes uses a username, password and server address. The M3U method loads a playlist file or URL. Choose the method matching the details you received; the EPG may need a separate URL depending on the playlist and player version.

Do I need a VPN with IPTV Smarters Pro?

No. No VPN is needed: private servers provide direct, stable access. Simply install the app and enter your login details.

Does my IPTV service only work with IPTV Smarters Pro?

No. Your login details work with any M3U- or portal-compatible player: TiviMate, iBoproPlayer, Smart TV apps, smartphones and tablets. IPTV Smarters Pro is simply one of the most popular players, also available on iPhone and iPad.

Sources and differences between versions
