IPTV subscription Belgium: prepare your trial

Do you live in Belgium, in Wallonia or Brussels, and want French-language support? Before choosing Stream TV, check which content is accessible from your home, which player suits your screen and how many connections your household needs. This page helps you prepare these checks without promising a catalogue of Belgian channels.

Before the trial: specify your country and requirements

Tell support that you will use the line from Belgium. Include the exact model of your TV or box, any app already installed and the channels or programmes you want to watch. An adviser can check the trial options for your situation; a page dedicated to Belgium does not guarantee access to all content.

An IPTV subscription is not an internet connection and does not replace your contract with your Belgian provider. Content availability and broadcasting rights may depend on the territory: confirm your selection before buying.

Prepare your request on the contact page, then learn how the free 24-hour IPTV trial works.

During the 24 hours: test in real conditions

  1. Use your usual network. Test on your home connection in Belgium rather than another network. Compare Ethernet and Wi-Fi if your device supports both.
  2. Test at your usual viewing time. Check playback in the evening if that is when you usually watch, with other household devices connected as normal. Results depend on your setup and the stream.
  3. Check your content and TV guide. Check your chosen programmes, audio language, subtitles where available and whether EPG times match your device's local time.
  4. Report specific problems. Tell the adviser which app and programme you used and when the problem occurred; do not share your login details or playlist link publicly.

The same packs and prices in euros

There is no separate Belgian price list: the amounts below are from the Stream TV catalogue. The country this page targets does not change the packs or their prices.

Annual prices for the five Stream TV packs in euros
PackAnnual price
Premium60 € / year
Premium Two Screens80 € / year
Standard40 € / year
Basic30 € / year
Essential25 € / year

Premium, Standard and Basic also offer 3- or 6-month terms. Premium Two Screens and Essential are annual only. See the available plans and durations to compare all benefits. The iBopro Player activation included with annual plans is not included with 3- or 6-month plans.

Before paying from Belgium, confirm which payment method is available for your order. Prices in euros do not guarantee support for Bancontact or any other local payment method.

One or two screens: choose for your household

Premium, Standard, Basic and Essential allow one connection at a time. To watch on two devices simultaneously, the Premium Two Screens pack provides two simultaneous connections at 80 € per year. Device compatibility should not be confused with simultaneous viewing.

Setup depends on the model and the app available in its store, not just your country. See the compatible devices and the relevant guide: Samsung or LG Smart TV, Android TV and Android boxes or computer.

French-language support, with no local address advertised

You can speak to support in French to prepare your trial and get setup guidance. Guides are also available in French; Dutch-language support is not advertised. This page does not present Stream TV as a physical shop or a provider established in Belgium.

To understand how the plans work, see the IPTV subscription page. If you will use the service in France, see the IPTV subscription France page.

Questions before ordering from Belgium

How do I request an IPTV trial from Belgium?

Contact support with your location in Belgium, your device model and the content you want to watch. An adviser can confirm what your trial line can offer before creating it. Then check the results on your usual connection during the 24-hour trial.

Is a particular Belgian channel available?

Do not assume a channel is included based on a pack name or the country this page targets. Ask an adviser to check the channels and programmes you want before ordering. Availability and broadcasting rights may vary by content and territory.

Can I pay with Bancontact?

Bancontact is not listed among the website's payment methods. Prices are shown in euros, but this does not confirm that any particular payment method is accepted. Ask an adviser which options are available for your order before paying.

Can I watch on two devices at once?

Premium Two Screens lets you watch on two devices at once and costs 80 € per year, with no 3- or 6-month option. Premium, Standard, Basic and Essential allow one connection at a time. Compatibility with different device types does not mean multiple simultaneous connections.

Is support available in French or Dutch?

The website, guides and support are available in French. Dutch-language support is not advertised. You can ask support questions in French before choosing your subscription.
